How We Use Your Information

When you place an order with us, you will create your own personal account. Through this account, you provide certain types of information such as billing/shipping addresses, telephone number, email address, credit card number and expiration date. Without this information, we can't process your order. We may send you email, or call your phone number if we have questions while processing your order. We will also send you an email order confirmation after you submit your order, and after we have shipped it. We use various shipping companies to deliver your order, and a credit card processing company to bill you (if you pay using a credit card.) These companies do not retain, share, store nor use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.

Correcting & Updating Your Information

If you need to change any of your personally identifiable (Your Account) information - such as address, email, or phone number - you can do so from the 'Your Account' page after loggin in using your email and password.

Credit Card Information

When you make a purchase from our Online Store, during the Checkout process you will provide your credit card information, if you choose to pay with a credit card. All of the information you provide from the Customer Area of the site is sent across the internet using SSL, which means that the data is encrypted. This protects your data from being stolen by a hacker 'snooping' the internet. We store your credit card information in our database (on a secure web server) from the time you submit the order until we process the payment (usually only a few days.) When we process your credit card payment, we delete your credit card number from our database, except for the last 4 digits. We keep the last 4 digits so that you can check your order history and see what credit card you used to pay for previous orders. By deleting the rest of your credit card number, we eliminate the possibilty of theft of your credit card number in the very unlikely event that the database on our web server is 'hacked' into (you have probably heard of a few high-profile cases of this type of hacking.) We run your credit card charge using our NOVA machine which prints out a receipt that we keep (along with a paper copy of your order showing your billing and shipping addresses) with our company accounting records (in a filing cabinet in our company office.) These records are only accessible to the owners/accountant of our company, and they are only used for our accounting and tax purposes.

Cookies

A cookie is a piece of data stored on your hard drive automatically by your browser when you visit a particular web site. A cookie can only be read back from your computer by the same web site that stored it on your computer. Cookies allow us to optimize your experience on the site. For instance, we use a cookie to remember when you are logged in to the Customer area of our site so that you don't need to log in again every time you view a new page. We also use a cookie to store the contents of your Shopping Cart, so that it is 'remembered' as you move around our site. Some cookies are temporary (like the one that remembers that you are logged in to the Customer area) and are deleted from your computer when you close your browser. The Shopping Cart cookie is set to 'expire' after 6 months, so your Cart contents will be remembered from one session to the next until you either delete the Cart items, or Checkout. Any cookie stored by this site contains no personally identifiable information. If you disable cookies for this site with your browser, you may still browse the store items, however, you will not be able to add items to your Shopping Cart, and you won't be able to create an account in the Customer area of the site. Log Files

For each visitor to our site, our web server automatically recognizes and collects, where possible, the domain name/IP address, pages visited, and other general usage data. This information is not linked to personally identifiable information. It is collected and stored in a log file with the same information from all visitors. This log file is then used to analyze general site usage patterns and trends in order to improve the site.

Children

We do not sell products intended for purchase by children. If you are under 13, you may use this site only with permission from a parent or guardian. Children under 13 may not register on our site without written consent from a parent or guardian
